    Ugh just...no.
There are beneficial oils out there Dr Haushka's Normalizing Oil is great but you should wash your face.
I cant imagine how grimy people must feel but then caveman had a lot more pressing issues than having that dewy glow...

My mother, who gets comments about how young she looks quite a bit, believes it has a lot to do with only ever using water to wash her face.

She probably has dry skin, if you have oily skin and/or ever wear makeup that's not going to cut it. Theres natural things you can use to wash your face though like different oils.

    • Exactly, your mum has the idea. Chemicals that we put on our face for one reason can and may cause another problem that we are told needs to be treated with other chemicals. Its a harmful cycle to our bodies.

When I was about 30, I my hairline began receding. Someone recommended a soap from the UK called Dettol. It stopped my hair loss and I don't have any skin problems at all. No blackheads, pimples or infections. I have no wrinkles or leathery skin, even though I'm always outdoors in the sun.
How much is from the soap, I don't know, but its all I'll use on my face, scalp (hair) and body.

To be honest, I'm not on any regimen, but I naturally gravitate towards that style of eating. At the grocery store, I tend to stay far away from the isles, processed preserved sugary shit, so I usually eat a lot of protein and veg, but I still do enjoy bread and pasta...so I'm sort of close to that style of eating, but not quite there. My ex boyfriend tried that diet, and he got hemorrhoids :(

    • Well its not exactly for diet, but there is a diet regimen called the caveman diet. This regimen is more so for perfecting your facial skin. Where did he get his hemorrhoids?

On his ass. I don't think you can get them anywhere else...

Anywho, he was a marine...in great shape, but my god, he was more obsessed with his body than a fat chick before prom. So he does this caveman diet...basically stops eating fiber all together...went three days (!) without taking a shit. That's why I don't like diets!

Well, I've never heard of the skin care regimen, but good luck with that :)

        • Oh wow!! That has hapoened to me. I thought it was some STI (gonorrhea, chlamydia) but I am STD and STI free soooooo I was confused. I learned hemorrhoids stem from constipation, luckily my butt is all fine now. It was so disturbing. Yikes!!

I'm not. What exactly is that?

    • It is a skin regimen that you do absolutely nothing to your skin. No moisturizer and no face wash and no water, your face is absolutely left alone. It is supposed to regulate oil production, acne, skin tone, and marks. Your face produces natural oil which is a MUST for a healthy face and we constantly wash this essential oil away. It is an all natural approach to healty skin.

No. I don't do that. I'll bathe with moistering body wash and I'll wash my face.
