i dont get what people are always complaining about its hard losing weight i eat a bunch of junk food and crap like that and i cant gain a damn pound >=|
metabolism.
Everyone starts out with a great one, some can build it back up once they lost it, some completely ruin their metabolism, and some keep a fast-burning one easily
yeah but how old are you? Probably under 30 for sure. Just wait. If you are super skinny you'll probably start to add a little weight but only in one spot like the belly if your a dude. Girls, it can go in a few different spots.
hya dont say tht to soon lol!!! i always had problems gaining weight!! i was on bulidup drinks @1 point2.i was always loosing weight but never gaining weight,but i always eatn crap which i dnt think helped me lol! i was seven stone @1point2,then after my 1st kid i was really thin but abt 8 stone i was 18 yrs old then.and ever1 used to say i was so,so,thin...but i coludnt put weight on.an it started to get me dwn every time sum1 says to me im too thin...now iv had another kid hes 8 now,and i still found it hard,i was even 32aa in bra size now am like size 10 waste an 34dd..i really cant belive in this was just eating lots off cakes in buiscuits,coffee non stop...emm and the usuall dinner like fish chips or sum pasta nothin pasific and now im like how the hell did i put on all this weight ,dnt get me wrong im not over weight im just normall now.but it took me till i was like 28 b4 it all started!!! and now im like no i cant eat tht lol uz im too scared to put on weight lol...so i cant win hope this has helped u :)
On weekends I just have Lunch and Tea... mainly because I sleep in till 12 o' clock. -_-'
2-3 meals per day. It depends on the day, but usually I'll have a big breakfast and lunch, and then snacks for the rest of the day.
The medical people tell me I should always eat breakfast although for years I didn't bother because I was never hungry. In fact I'd even skip lunch frequently. But by dinner time I had a good appetite and tended to gorge so that I was overeating for the whole day.
Therefore, I always eat a breakfast bar (150 Calories) if nothing else. Then I eat a light lunch and if I'm a good boy I eat a modest dinner. I've dropped the 60 pounds that I started putting on when I got married to a beautiful stay at home wife and good cook. Above all else, our rule is to stay out of fast food burger joints like Mickey Dee's.
2 large meals, breakfast at 6AM and dinnar at 6PM. I usually eat little or no lunch.
if i don't work, i practically graze all day. it's a good thing that i have spent way too much time researching what foods are good for me and what ones arnt :)
I try to eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner, but that never works. I've only had time to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and sometimes I would skip lunch and dinner without knowing. Snacking for me is going through my friend's refrigerator :P.
I sometimes don't want to eat but i know that will only make my metabolism worse.
Random. but mostly 3 a day. Some times 8 sometimes I don't eat for 3 days. or like today I've only been eating Brunch Bars.
Back home? about 10 a week, so I picked 2. At the moment, visiting relatives? 3-6.
Back home I forget to eat. Used to scare the shit out of my ex by remembering I hadn't eaten since like tuesday and it was dinner time thursday.Broke the habit, eat proper amounts now, even if it is primarily frozen meals.
I have breakfast and dinner (I never have time for lunch so my body has sort of become used to it and am not hungry for lunch anymore) and a snack in between like and apple or a pudding or something like that.
i only have one meal a day, but thats cuz im lazy in the morning then i dont feel like getting up to get lunch, luckily i have someone to cook for me otherwise id starve.
I only have one main meal of the which is dinner.
Sometimes I have something for breakfast and others days I don't.
I will also sometimes have a snack in the afternoon.
I don't eat much but I still don't seem to lose weight. Not fair :(

12:00 Lunch
4:00 Dinner
8:00 Snack
(all 4 hours apart and I only eat when I'm hungry. Each meal is about 400 calories)

"6" well three full meals and snacks in between in total i guess its around six?
I hardly ever eat breakfast but I'll get a Cliff bar or multigrain bagel on the way to work, never really eat lunch, I'll get another granola bar or bag of nuts or some fruit then usually I have dinner after the night job. Or I'll skip dinner and have dessert :) I'm very scattered and hectic so I rarely eat actual meals. More like snacky stuff all day.
I have a small breakfast sometimes, a lunch and something little after work.
