I always try to get 7-9 hours of sleep. Any less and I can hardly function, any more and I feel lazy and unmotivated and still tired for some reason.
I rarely get the recommended 8 hours. I think the least I've gotten has been 3 hours-6 hours.
Well since I lost my part time job I have a weird sleep pattern I usually get to sleep around 4:30-6:00 in the morning and wake up around 11
Anywhere from 5-14, depending on how my week is going.
Currently, I am in the beginning stages of being processed into the Army Reserve and I am EXTREMELY anxious due to some criminal charges that I racked up and subsequently was dismissed of back in '09. I am super anxious and not able to eat or sleep, which explains why I am on IIN at HOME right now instead of at work on my cell, like as usual.
I range anywhere from like 4 hours to 15 hours, depending on situations at the time
I average about 8, but that's not exactly the whole story. I tend to stay up for long periods of time then pass out for long periods of time.
32 hours up, 16 hours down.
I wish more than 5 hours but there is always a reason for someone to wake me up. Today was my only day off and my neighbor knocks on my window to ask for a ride to work which is 30 minutes away.
I voted 6 because I thought that's how many hours I sleep because it feels like it I'm always tired, but after I counted I actually sleep for 9 hours from midnight to about 9am.
I will have 4 hours sleep for about 3 days, then have to sleep 12 hours to catch up. I routinely piss all over my circadian rhythm :/ it's a compulsion I haven't been able to get over.
It's 1.19am. I need to be awake about 5.30. I'll take up to half hour to fall asleep...
Sometimes I go to bed at 2. Weekdays I'm up between 6 and 6.30. Weekends, I'll wake up that early and go back to sleep if I can.
TL;DR - not enough.
