I undertand women generally don't like the pants and shorts that are so loose fitting they are not even on a man's ass at all but what do you women feel is the correct balance between looseness and tightness for men?
Please state your gender so I know what opinions are men's and what ones are women's.

I'm a dude who refuses to wear tight pants. Maybe it's just me, but I'm always picking up stuff from the ground like a dropped coin or boxes at work, and on the days when I have to wear my tighter pants, my nuts get really messed up. When they're not getting caught between my leg and the crotch seam in the pants, they're getting crushed into my pereneum when I crouch to reach something on the floor.
FEMALE: I find men, wearing loose pants are better. Only because I got put off after seeing my brother in law wearing tight cowboy jeans that looked really ugly on him plus he had a fat ass maybe thats why it looked ugly and weird. But I do like guys wearing tight skinny jeans. And I like loose shorts not tight coz it looks weird too.

WHO THE HELL CARES!? Just wear what you want, and be yourself! Confidence is extremely sexy no matter what you're wearing.
I like quite skinny jeans, but jogging bottoms, they have to be baggy and comfortable. Within suits there has to be a quite with on the trousers mostly within the genital section.
Male: Depends on the person wearing them and their outfit. Just make sure you match and all is well.
