How long until you should compliment a woman?

You just met a girl and you think shes cute and you want to compliment her and let her know while also subtly showing your intentions. How long after meeting her and talking to her should you drop the compliment? So what's best in terms of making her feel good but not seeming creepy?

    Depends of what kind of compliment. Don't be fake or cheesy, just be yourself and overall a nice person. There's no rule for it
