No, seriously, I like to wait. Let the tension build. I'm never in a rush to get someone into bed. Those guys that are, I always think it looks like they're desperate to get the deal done so they can move onto the next conquest.

If you feel like you want to have sex with the person, think about it for a minute. If you don't feel like you will regret it, and you think you will still love yourself afterwards, go for it! Sex is a very fun and natural act and you should be able to feel when your ready! Sex is not a bad thing as long as you do it safely (condom, birth control, clean trustworthy partner, ect.)

Get to know them first. Wait for it, don't rush into things. Setting the limit until you're married wouldn't really work out, because the relationship might not make it to the level of marriage. I feel like a few weeks is too soon, for some reason. Perhaps, a month. It gives you time to learn about your lover and decide whether or not you can trust he/she.

you should wait until your married but if you do not wait that long then give it about a couple months.

When it feels appropriate, the right moment. I think this depends on the couple. Some people take a while to become physically close, others start their relationship that way.
