How long on average do parents have back and forth with their children
So when I was little my dad basically came home from work and didn't talk until dinner when he would lecture at the table. Half the shit went over my head and I sat there basically silent, as did my mom. Also my mom used to talk to me everyday after school. However, my brother got out of school earlier than me when he hit middle school and I was in second grade. One time he was still talking to mom when I got home and I watched TV. Mom said sorry he went over time and asked me if I wanted to talk I said no. I'm not clear if she asked for days after that or not but I don't think she did and basically I don't remember talking to my mom more than once a week after that. I'm wondering how much time do normal kids spend talking to their parents (where both parent and child actually contribute to the conversation in a 20 kid/80 parent ratio or higher on the kid side)total time for the week divided by seven.
