Until I first speak to them. Most people say really stupid things. . .
When I have a crush, I actually go out of my way to speak them. Because having a crush is an unwanted distraction, them saying something unintelligent, ignorant, or superficial will almost always end the distraction.
It depends. If it's just a crush, I don't bother with it for long. If I wind up falling in love with the person after a while, then they stay on my mind for a ridiculous amount of time.
I say 1 hour cause that's about as long as it takes me to blow my load. Then I'll move on to the next.
