I recently had my nose pierced last November (6 months ago) and it still has not healed completely. I clean it as much has I can and try not to touch it. Some people tell me their nose piering healed in a month and others tell me it takes up to one year! So how long did your piercing take to heal?

It's different for everyone. My septum piercing took about 2 - 4 months to heal completely. My eyebrow would still get infected from time to time over the 2 year span I had it in.
Put Witch Hazel on the piercing, should help it heal without scarring (As opposed to Hydrogen Peroxide, which will cause scarring so if you ever want to take the piercing out the hole may not go away)
6 months seems really too long. My septum didn't even take nearly that long, and I have two rings in one nostril ( I hate that word!) and I can't remember exactly, but I know it was no where near half a year.
Nose ring never was harmed and, besides, nose rings in no way undergo cellular reproduction.
I had one for about 1,5 year then woke up one morning and it was gone and it the hole was closed.
