When sitting down to go to the bathroom (INCLUDING public places), do you let your pants go down to your ankles, or do they stay above your knees?

Actually I have double fly pants that I sew myself, if I need to pee, I pull out my penis. If I need to crap, I unzip the back and watch who steps on it.
Female, above knees. Pulling down the pants down to the ankles is a tad disgusting, because public bathroom floors are super-wet most of the time. The feeling of the floor water soaking at the edge of your pants is...ugh. :/
I use a stall in public places because I can't use the urinals. I don't want to have to worry about dribbling on myself when I pee. Also for me to hold my penis and go pee, and hold my pants up enough that someone doesn't see my ass is damn near impossible!At least for me anyways.
When giving birth to a number two it goes down to the ankles, no matter where I am (too lazy to keep em' up). When pissing I just unzip...

When, I'm at home I pull them down below my knees. I don't like to near me knees because then I feel that my pants are closer to the toilet. I've tried going to the bathroom in the nude and it's very uncomfortable. To some extent, going to the loo with my underwear and bra on is a bit awkward.
I pull mines over my knees sometimes... But at home I like to just pull them all the way off! More comfortable.
I take my pants of then put it over my shoulder,sumtimes I forget to put it back on.
If i am at home, I sometimes throw my pants off. In public, around the knees area.
Down to the ankles, it's just practicality. Gotta be able to spread the legs wide, clench and pinch off the sausages.
