If he blushed and smiled he's shy, so don't wait for him to make a move. Be yourself, and he'll follow. He might act strangly though, because (I'm assuming) your both young and he MIGHT not know how to react. Just a might though.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here and say that most of these commenter's are girls.

Coming from a guy: Just ask the guy out, he obviously likes you and even if he didn't (He does), he would more than likely still say yes if you seem like a cool person.

Guys are simple like that.

I agree with Uzzie101. However, approach slowly. He's like a little rabbit. Any bold, sudden movements will scare him off.

For all of you chicks, guys don't play games. You can tell a guy likes you by talking to him. It will be so easy to tell if you do.

I'm a guy and I remember vividly the horror at wondering whether the girl I liked liked me. Let me disagree slightly with carocrazy and say that if you just subtly let him know you like him (via some well placed girl friends) he'll have the courage to make a move if he wants to. remember that he might have just been embarrased as a young boy gets, not smitten and blushing. If you were interested in the first place, try your luck, but if you're just curious about this, let him do what he feels like doing.

You have to realize the men like to have their ego's stroked. But also realize that this doesn't always mean make a move. It could possible be that he was flatterd. I agree with some of the others, Take it slow, get to know him more before making a move. And is it wrong for girls to make moves first. As a guy, i love it, I tend to get nervous.

Are you friends with him? become friends with him before trying to ask him out. It'd be easier that way.
