Usually I use soap and a razor but if I want really smooth I use nair. But be careful one time I applied the nair all over my cock and balls but got reaally hard and jacked off using the nair for lube. The key is to use a brand new razor. If you shave every few days, do not use the razor more than three times. Also use a good shaving cream. DO NOT USE SOAP! I recommend Edge extra sensitive. I would say do it while in shower. Use clippers to get the most of it and trim close. Then Use shave gel and make sure razor is sharp. Since you will be down "thar" go easy you don't cut anything important.
