Gear-oh. I didn't know it was wrong until a few months ago. I'd rather say Year-oh, but my family would just look at me weird and tell me to stop being correct.
Yhee-roe (soft H... closer to yee-roe than hee-roe, but there's a tiny bit of H in it). The H is like the H in Ich Dien, a mild hissing sound.
