How do you like your steak cooked at steak houses ?

I like my steak rare, very rare!

Medium rare. The only proper way to eat a steak.

Medium, same with all other meat if I'm given a choice.

I want medium so I order medium rare because most places overcooked them.

Depends whether the cook has dropped it on the dirty kitchen floor or not.

I like my steak well done. My digestive system goes nuts of I eat it any other way. Now I want some steak. It Looks like I know what tomorrows dinner is going to be now. XD

seared on the outside with a brown sugar coat what makes er extry crispy

medium rare on the inside

red wine cooked down in oil as a glaze

I worked at a steak house and knowing how the handle meat I always order more on the cooked side too kill more bacteria. At home I make it medium., never rare.
