I get acne in 3 places. My eyebrows, my back and all over my ears. Sometimes its all over my ear and it hurts. Is there ways to prevent this? When they happen on the ear its inside my ear and all around the outside. It does not hurt as bad on my back and my eyebrows often get several all over or inside my ears.
Do you best to prevent bacteria from building up in these areas. Clean them well, you might even want to use some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to clean the problem areas, daily. Once they're clean, don't touch them because that'll just reintroduce bacteria. Also, wash your pillowcase at least twice a week, as your face spends a lot of time mashed up against it. If you don't have time to wash it, just give it a clean t-shirt to wear for the night until you can give it a wash.
If you're keeping these areas exceptionally clean and you're still having problems, it's likely a hormonal issue. In that case, you'd need to see a medical doctor to sort it out.
Use Proactive, I heard that stuff works, In the mean time try Witch Hazel. Have someone rub it on your back. Poor Guy.
