      It's also for perfectly reasonable people to stay in contact with other perfectly reasonable friends, family, colleagues etc.

      And for whores to solicit attention. Though I've noticed that some of those whores are smart enough to know that they'll look like a jackass if they post it on facebook, so they come here with the cover of anonymity to make their "I'M 100 POUNDS, AM I FAT" polls.

    You should really have made other or depends on the person!
    Personally if it were someone I cared about and meant a lot id be stoked, and vice versa. If it was friend that I wasn't close too or felt much for I wouldn't be as amazed.

    hasn't happened. I get really bummed out though when fb puts people I used to talk to at the top of my friends list though
