    I like watching porn once a week. It's mostly gay porn and femdom porn. Sometimes theres crossdressing or bondage in said porn. I used to watch normal straight porn, but I got bored of seeing that.

        Straight porn is way too exaggerated. What I find even more hilarious are the naive people that see that porn and expect their guy or girl to look like or act like what they saw in said porns.

    I like it. I think all that crap about it being degrading is making a blanket statement. It does cater to the male audience and isn't very realistic but hey, it's entertainment! Since when do we expect authenticity when we sit down in front of a screen.

    For me its not different than closing your eyes and helping yourself, Pornography is a rather more "illustrative" method than can get you from point A to point B faster. I usually masturbate before going out to drink , that way no matter how drunk I am ... it won't get mixed with my sex drive. See , porn has it uses!

    Might as well post my own thoughts. I look at pretty tame stuff most of the time, because my obnoxiously high libido wants me to feel like I'm having sex when I'm just alone. So if I could vote I'd be in the "kinkier stuff" category.

    I also have no shame in admitting to occasionally enjoying drawn/animated porn, as long as it's not outlandish or laughable.

    I think of sex not only as an enjoyable activity but also as a spectator sport. If it's OK to watch a baseball game and get all excited while others are actually playing and having all the fun, and the same with professional wrestling, and every other fun sport or athletic activity, then why does it suddenly become wrong, and get labeled with a dirty word, like "porn", just because it happens to be the most enjoyable thing any two people can engage in, plus you don't need to buy any special equipment, or have any refined skill level, or get a license or buy a ticket?
    And if the people engaging in that fun activity like to have an audience that enjoys "watching the game" then what's wrong with that?

    It's been a long evolution from tame porn, to pretty much exclusively a2m, then to fetishes, and rough porn. Scat, WS, abuse, group abuse, ya, I'm sick w/e.

    I find it pretty off-putting most of the time. I don't like seeing women being treated roughly or degraded (aside from BDSM), I don't like blowjob scenes, fake or exaggerated moaning, large and/or fake breasts, men pulling out before they cum, going from anal to anything else, etc.

      It is! Many of the women in the industry have grown up being abused, so they are ok with being degraded because they must not feel they deserve better. I find it very depressing.

        Yes, there exist a lot of depressing cases like this, but that does not make the mere concept of porn unjust.

        I agree with you, but I don't think that this means all porn is bad.

          Well, I do watch straight porn, but that's really all I care to see. You're right, some porn probably isn't as bad. To clarify, I don't think that's the case for ALL women in the industry. Although, I can't see how porn is a good thing in anyway for the women who are involved in it. In general, female pornstars have a negative image about them and aren't respected because of the judgmental society we live in. I honestly can't find a reason to justify porn as being good. Since you think it's not unjust, I would really like to know why you think porn is good?
