If the girl has a cute face, then the bright colored hair will only make it look cuter. :)
But without a cute face it will just look trashy and I don't like that.

If it works, then it works. Some girls look great with bright hair colors, some girls look great with natural colors. Some just look great in general. Either way, it's not really going to be a dealbreaker.

When it looks like it was done by a professional stylist, it looks really cute.
It is unfortunate that so many kids try to get the same look at home and it looks like a disaster.

I think it's gorgeous! As long it's a nice colour with a cute style:) However, purple hair is a BIG no in my eyes! I think I'm the only person who hates light/medium purple. Dark purples ok I guess:/
Anywhooooooo, I love them, especially blue and greens! Oh and pink! And red! And Orange! Ahhhhhhh I love bright colours:D!

I love all these colors too! I have black hair with hot pink highlights! Everyone has complimented me on them, but I was just wondering how others see this, ya know?

My friend has long black hair with blue streaks and it is absolutely gorgeous!!
I think it expresses a zest for life and an energy that some other boring jaded people don't have.

Girls who get allover color & cut by a stylist always look better. Even bright color. If you have the face you can pull it off. I think I do. Caramel complexion, brown eyes, heart shaped face, you think?

I myself have dyed the front of my hair in (at the moment) the colors dark blue, darkish pink and turquoise. So far i have only had positive comments about it, but it sure is an eye-catcher.

I don't know, it was a "statement" in high school, but when I see women in college doing this... it just seems a little unflattering. I guess I have a bad reaction to it because I've asked women before why they dye their hair bright, unnatural colors, and everyone of them said they like the attention they get from it. So I guess if someone dyes their hair the color pink because they just love that color, then good for them. But to get attention? It just seems a little desperate.
