How do you feel about gilberto valle
For those of you who don't know Gilberto Valle was a police officer who was convicted by a jury in March 2013 of conspiracy to kidnap, because his wife searched his browser history and found he had gone to a sex fetish website and wrote about kidnapping, rape and cannibalism. This conviction was overturned because there was no proof he meant to do these things and was just fantasizing.
He did lose his job and served some 21 months (time served) because he accessed the federal National Crime Information Center without permission.
