It's not really something one asks for.
If a couple is moving in that direction it sort of develops. Friendship leads to intimacy and intimacy can lead to a physical relationship.
I would think most girls would consider it a mood killer if they were making out with their guy and he stopped to ask if they could have sex.
I would suggest you put more thought and effort into the friendship, without the ulterior motive of sex.

If you want to be sly just kiss them a lot until it becomes a makeout session, you should probably start on a bed. roll over so your on top and say 'do you want to do this?' so it isn't a turn off and if they are ready and want to they will say yes!

First time sex should happen in a normal and loving way. If you have to ask for it, you might have to pay for it.
