How do women like to be approached for the first time?

I was wondering how women prefer to approached when they are asked out. Obviously this question is for women that know how they like to be asked to a date.
Remember: I am talking about a complete stranger who is asking you out, which one would make you say yes the most?

SM= on social media (Facebook etc.)
IRL= In real life (to her face)

SM: Tell her she is beautiful 1
IRL: Tell her she is beautiful 9
IRL: Say something sexual like "I wanna spread Nutella on you.." 3
IRL: Stare at her/stalk her 2
SM: Say something like; "Me, you, on a date this Saturday" 1
IRL: Say something like; "Me, you, on a date this Saturday" 3
SM: Try to get in a conversation with her 3
IRL: Try to get in a conversation with her 38

    Irl, ask her what time it is, cause ur having trouble reading ur watch, then show her ur watch that is actually ur penis laying on ur wrist

    Try and find common ground like hey you into Star Wars find out some stuff don't just approach her because she hot dog a little deeper after your conversation tell her your attracted to her and ask to go on a date be straight up if you get rejected well it's better than being in he friends zone oh ask her if she's single first that's a hint. Good luck

    Don't lead with a compliment about her looks or anything sexual. It's tacky and makes us feel incredibly awkward. Just strike up a normal conversation. If she seems into you, then you can flirt a bit and see how she reacts.

    IRL start talking about something we both find interesting and be polite.
    Also + 20 points if you're wearing suit because I like classy men.
