No worries I wasn't running out to marry a cousin and have babies, just questioning that type of situation after I had read something...
The state won't know until right after the birth of the first child who will born with no arms, one leg, and a head the size of a beach ball. The hospital will report incest and your sorry ass will go to jail. End of story.
Birth defects will not show up outside the normal statistical average until several generations of inbreeding have occured. Probly even more for cousins.
I was just looking for some information, no need to be so rude... And btw look up genealogy and statistics and you will find that those findings of birth defects are not correct, they have now found that having a child between cousins is 4% chance to having any birth defect which is equivalent to a woman giving birth after 40, and only 2% more then a non relation child... And marriage between cousins is legal where I live , but again I was just looking for information...
