How do people deal with this?

I knew this guy from college.. We use to hangout with other friends together.. He once came over to my dorm room and we hooked up once.. Though I liked this guy he never showed any Interests in us dating and i felt like I would get attached so cut off my connections with him.. So he always texts me randomly asking me to go over for a sleep over.. We both single, I want more from him and i don't know what he wants because I'm not down with being FBs or FWBs.. Should I tell him that or would I look desperate.. I keep postponing our sleep overs, always with an excuse.. is it normal and whats the best way to deal with this?

Be honest, tell him how you feel. If he doesn't share your feelings move on.

You should probably tell him that. I don't think it's desperate, it's more like "clearing the air". If he does not want you in that way, then move on.

Don't mean to sound offensive but it sounds like you're just a booty call to him. If you don't clear things up with him like Cuntsiclestick suggest and draw the line then you're likely to become his FB. Becoming just an FB is bad especially when you have one-sided feelings because you'd have opened your own portal of misery. But then some people tend to live life with no reservations or care of being hurt. Do you choose self-preservation or do you go "oh f*ck it"?

The guy wants "sleep overs" if anything he is desperate, tell him that or tell him to fuck off(if you want).
