How do i tone down my swallowed cheak? please help

Two years ago i have bumped my cheak badly, its still there, i allready went to the doctors but they said it nothing to worry about, i allready tried massages to make it smaller or i usually try to bump my other cheak for an even look, i dont wear makeup though so i cant make an illusion of it to look small.. How to make it smaller?

    If there are hard lumps- you may need a fine needle aspiration biopsy- where the prod your CHEEK where there are lumps- but usually it is benign (all good) accumulation of fat. Deep massage, plenty of water, sleep and light exercise (search for easy at-home calisthenics).

    Wear make up or pad your other cheek so its even
