How do i know when to end a relationship?

I have been going out with this girl for like six months now. She's super nice and kind and likes to spend time with me. But I feel like I'm not really connecting with her somehow. I'm starting to get bored because all she wants to do is watch movies and cuddle. Deep down I know this is a dead end but things are going to keep floating along like this until I say something and end it. In my other relationships, there was always a clear time and reason to break up, but here no one is really in the wrong.

Eventually I'm going to have to do something. But I don't want to be the bad guy.

You just end it. If she's a nice girl, then you owe it to her to not waste the time she has, which could be better spent finding the right guy. Just be honest; quit fannying about.

Be a man, do the right thing and keep it clean and simple.

Connecting for you would be? This girl seems great, no drama and she's loyal. You may ditch her to find someone else who will only make you realize how much you miss the tranquility you had in the relationship with this girl. Sometimes we think exciting is what we need in life but then we can't deal with the drama in the long-term. If watching movies isn't what you want to do, tell her that. If she is as nice as you claim she will do what you want. Maybe she's just waiting for your lead.

Eh, don't be a dick about it. If you feel bored with her end it OR talk to her about it and see if it starts to feel better if you guys actually go out and does things together.
I*m the sort of person who'd love to cuddle all day every day and unless a guy tells me he wants to do other things too I would probably not be the one to bring it up unless like a couple of times a month when I got in the mood for a party or something.

You have one of two choices, you can either straight up break up with her or start acting like a twat until she breaks up with you. I've done both a few times each and I always come off as the bad guy anyways.

IMO the time to go is when the relationship is no longer fun, plain and simple.

Its worse to stick with her knowing how you feel...just tell her you dont think this is going to work out and tell her how you feel.
