How do i kick her out!?

Ok, I have a lazy roomate who goes out and parties and such on a regular basis, brings guys in and out and I've already told her we do not rent a whore house. That set her off cause she knows it's true... now she thinks it's ok to just assume and inform us when she'll be out therefore we can tend to her dog. What is with this?! These are just a few of the major issues. And she is on month to month rather than on our 1 year lease. I know I'm young and have HAD my party faze but she's like 26 and even tho partying isn't bad... where is the adult and responsibility in this person? She and her friends smoke weed and the thing is... if that's her lifestyle great... but I've told her to take it elsewhere as she gives me no respect with this issue or the fact that she is bringing random guys into my (safe) living quarters.

The bigest problem... It's my sis who moved in with me and IDK how to tell her she's gotta go. Any suggestions.

I'm scared to bring it up and regret my form.

Kick her out bluntly "you need to leave" 63
Seplace her before she's out. And empty her room for her. 14
Quit being a bitch. 14

Your sister is taking advantage of you. Be firm, don't get angry, and give her 30 days notice.

Give her a choice, she can either get her shit together and grow up, or she can gtfo.

She's your sister, be tough on her, she'll understand later.

Explain the situation. Ask her if she's willing to change. If not, let her know it's over. Help her find an apartment and help her move. Why? Well, not only will she appreciate it, but you'll also get her out of the house that much faster: win/win!

1.say she needs to go and if she doesn't do anything pack her bags for her,

2.tell her to change her way or she's going faster than you can say getoutofmyhousewhore

3.get it into her brain that shes wasting her life and nothings going to go right if she carries on like that even if you have to hurt her really bad at least you would get your point across, you could write her a anonymous e-mail saying what you think of her,but she wont know its you

    4. show her this website and what we have written, hopefully it will get your point across

but if not you will just get really stressed out and totally depressed

I'm a strong believer in Family, but there's a fine line through everything. Your sister is taking advantage of you alot, and eventually she'll either have to change her perspective on life and compromise with you, or she'll have to leave. At this point, it seems like you already tried reasoning with her and it's not working, so the best option is to kick her out.

Nobody should have to put up with unnescessary headache, especially if it's not going to accomplish anything positive. She might be your sister, but the fact of the matter is that she's taking advantage of you. Lenience only goes so far, and people can't always use Family as something to fall back on.

I would get the authorities involved, because people like us who don't work in Law Enforcement aren't able to take the Law into our own hands, but the Police can do something about it. Tell them that your sister is causing you constant mental stress and that she's violating the terms of her rental agreement.
