    Talk to him as though you are talking to a cousin whom you get along with well. My dad taught me this trick to use on girls that i liked as a kid. It puts them at ease and makes you confident.

    Find out a interest, hobby he has. Learn about it if you need to and say something to someone when he can hear and maybe comment or talk to you about it.

    Is it possible to go through his trash or maybe sneak into his house? This way you have an opportunity to learn things about him. The bonus is if he attempts to reject you, you will have information to potentially blackmail him and you could get him to dress up in lingerie and makeup and take pictures and threaten to show everyone. At this point he will do anything not to have his secrets shared and will be at peak boyfriend potential. After several years of this, he will resign himself to a life of misery and ask you to marry him!
