How do i get abs?!

i'm a guy and no matter how hard i try i never seem to get abs. i've been trying for 2 years. i've done crunches, leg ups for my lower abs, jogging to lose the fat, aerobic stretches, and nothing works!!! Help, please?!?!

    Get a trainer and add a bunch of protein to your diet, it acts as a muscle builder so you can see the results.

    Good genetics and a killer metabolism. Have abs and never worked out a day in my life. And I eat whatever I want. Exercise and dieting help and CAN get you the same results. I just don't do em. Watch... One day I'll go to sleep and I'm gonna wake up the next morning and be 450lbs and they're gonna have to cut me out of my house because I can't fit thru the door.

  • You never mentioned how many you did per day or your diet. That could be your problem. 2 years of 1 push up a day and eating chocolates bars isn't going to bring you anywhere.

    cardio exercise + ab workouts is the best way to get abs in my oppinion.

    Lol everytime i do the slightest physical activity, i see a difference in my muscles, if i trained i would easily be cut lol. I just wanted to make you jealous, as when i say to fat people that i cant gain weight, no matter what i eat.

    Take a college class on training yourself. Most of what trainers will tell you to do will be featured in that class.

    I'm pretty sure u already have abs...you just have fat over them. Lose the fat and they will start showing, but it's not like u don't have those muscles there.

    Do enough abb excersizes and only drink water instead of coffee and cocomilk and lemonade and such things. And watch your food. Don't eat to much junk!

    i agree with georgienne protien works great and work on them like every night but make sure to take a few days as rest days. thats when the muscles really grow!

  • I've been doing 10 sit-ups everyday now for the last 6 weeks.
    Although I'm very skinny.

    So I recommend sit-ups. Lots and lots of them!!
