How do i find a persons phone number?

I need help finding my brother. A year ago he went to Greece for work, and i talked to him twice after that. Now it has gone over a year and i can not call on his mobile number. He does not have facebook or any other media which he uses. Which authority to call or take contact with to get help? the police in Greece???
Please need urgent help!

    Contact the Greek embassy in your own country and ask them for advice: for example, name and phone number of Greek phone companies for directory information
