I liked this girl for a long time and I think she likes me back but the problem is that I'm shy and we never talk. She is going out with a different guy now. Is it normal when I don't know when to ask girls out. so its not to late again.
If she like you then it will never be too late. I would say start up a conversation with her and then go from there.
Maybe it's an age thing, but if you don't take a risk/chance and ask someone out that you are interested in, you could be missing out on something fucking great, the love of your life.
sure it sucks to get rejected, but it's not the end of the world.
If you wonder and do nothing, it's unlikely that great things will fall in your lap.

I realy don't know, for some reason, for me I dont have to do anything, girls would come to me but thats me.
If she's already dating someone she might not want to go out with you, not as a romantic outing.

My question was not about the girl that's going out already but for the girls that are single.

Well then for a generic "asking a female out" I would still suggest lunch. It's casual, can be light enough to not spook her... unless she likes you back, in which case it can be just enough to spark her interest.
Plus it can give the impression that you respect her enough that you want to be friends with her as well as date her. That you think she's worth taking the slow road for.
A good way to approach it is to ask questions about them. People love to talk about themselves.
Also, i would recommend not using any lines. Just keep it real.

I agree. This is a good method. Just ask them if they want to hang out sometime. If you've got a good feeling they're into you just as much as you're into them, then chances are they'll say yes. There's nothing wrong with hanging out. After hanging out, you'll learn about them and that will possibly lead to a real date. You'll never know what happens if you don't try. Good luck!
