I know a lot of guys really would love to do anal, but like I'm totally scared to let my boyfriend go in the back because I'm afraid I would end up pooping on him or something. I've heard it happened to girls before. Is it common?
If the guy is scared of a little poop on his soldier he shouldnt stick it in your ass :P

You gotta be careful because depending on what the toy is made of the bacteria could stick on it even if you clean it and give you an infection later.
Depending on the material of the toy, for example rubber and jelly toys, it is impossible to disinfect them due to their porous nature. To my knowledge, the only toys that can be properly disinfected are silicone and glass, and that's either by boiling them or using specific disinfectants.
If that's what you were doing, then carry along. But I mention it because a lot of people don't know this.

Much more likely is when he pulls out there's poop on his dick.
If you're worried go to a sex store or check online and get an enema, or have a shower beforehand and make sure you're as clean as possible.
Also if you do decide to do anal have an entire bottle of lube handy. if it's hurting/not causing you pleasure you probably need more lube.
If you do that, make sure that he wears a condom, that way he won't have to worry about stuff getting in/on his penis.

My recommendation: Do it in the shower. Aim the water away from you during (otherwise it will wash off lube), then once you're done, as he pulls out, aim the water on you both. Then have a shower together.
Or alternatively you could use an enema beforehand to make sure you're pretty clean. You can make a home-made one or buy a thing to do it online. It's basically just pushing water up your bum and then letting it out to make it cleaner.
Sometimes I don't think anal is worth the risk of embarrassment. I find the idea of it really hot, because it seems naughty to me, but then if it goes wrong it can spoil the mood and leave the lady mortified. When it goes right, though, it can be really fun for both involved.
I have passive anal sex somewhat regularly. Never could say anything like that happened to me.
Never done it nor I wanted to but I heard it does cause a vacuum effect when your partner withdraws his penis from your anus.

Apparently, this is quite common. Most people tend to have an enema or take a laxative many hours before the sex is supposed to take place.
just dont eat like 5 hours of prior. and clean your ass out with toilet paper? duh?
