How come some people never heal from bell's palsy?

I've heard of people healing themselves 100% from Bell's palsy, but it seems Greta's Van Susteren has never healed unless I missed it.

    Because they didn't treat it in time. I got it and thought I'd had a stroke so I went str8 to my doc. He said I was lucky I did. He put me on steroids and it went away. It's possible she had it. I've always noticed that she talks crooked.

      My co-worker had bell's palsy (from the vaccine) as well. Luckily he got better except one side of his face has more wrinkles now. Weird.

    I haven't heard of Bell's palsy, it sounds terrible.
