How come it says people responded but then "page not found"?

Had that happen a few times. Just it will say so and so responded to some comment I made but then I click on it and nothing but "page not found?"

Do a lot of threads get deleted after a few days?

    Deleted comments before you've read them. I get A LOT of those. Mainly from one specific user, though.

      I know when i decide not to post something, I never even hit the send button.

    They delete their comment before you read it. Check your email if you want to read then
