    By making sure she knows you love her before staring at her. Otherwise it could come off as creepy or just weird. Unless you're going to follow it up with a kiss or "You're beautiful", it's going to get awkward pretty quick.

    Pro tip: This is not a good way to let a girl know you love her if you haven't told her yet.
