I always get shy around girls that I really like. I don't like being this way. I want to know how I can beat my shyness.

its alright dude theres like a million shy people. wanna b confident? go to a mirror and keep telling yourself that your handsome, hot, goodlooking, best guy out there, ect keep doin it and itl boost your confience and once u do. just say normal things that you say anybody. hey, how are you, make something up. make the conversation interesting and when u c hints that shes interested in u, take her out.
Try and block out the fact that you're into them.
Once you get to know each other better it's easier to talk to them.
There was this one girl i always used to stutter loads around and it was so embarassing, everyone could tell even her.
But you just get used to the person so you're comfortable being around them.
They r shy too. And if they like u then they r also trying to make a good impression. Just don't try too hard and act like someone ur not

It's totally normal to be shy around someone you really like. I guess it takes time/practice... and eventually you will be able to talk to them easier. Good luck!
