How can i get my days and nights straight?

I have gotten use to staying up all night with my friends and going to bed at 10:00am then sleeping all day, but I got a summer job in witch I'll need to get up early. Does anyone have any tips to getting them straightend out? I've tried just not going to sleep so I'll be able to sleep that night but I just got to tired and I tried Making myself go to sleep at night, no such luck. any tips, ideas would be really appreciated.

I just stay up for 24 hours. It's not healthy but it works.

Wake yourself up really early next time and do alot of stuff during the day to make yourself exhausted. You will fall asleep at a decent hour and wake up at one too. You just have to train your body to change your internal alarm clock.

Set two loud alarm clocks, get up, work tired, go to bed when your home and are sleepy, repeat every day.

In short stop caring if your tired at work and just work. Everyone else will be doing it.

Dude, I wake up all the time thinking it's 7:00 A.M. becuase it's a little light outside, but then I look at the clock, its' like 6:00! LOL, but I got me a alarm clock and set the time that I needed to wake up and when that darn clock started screaming, (LOL), I woke up! Basically, get a alarm clock and set it for when you want to wake up and enjoy your day! Happy Sleeping!

Stay up all night, Dont go to sleep at 10am instead go to speed at 8-9PM and you will be very exhausted and pass out

I'm exactly the same, during the holidays anyway

One thing I found useful, is keep gradually getting further and further into the day until you wake up at a normal time. then get a 24h routine like that,

I used to go to bed at 00:00 every night, whether or not I wanted to.
    And got up at 9:00
I felt alot more refreshed and got alot less sleep, believe me when I say that I was getting alot of sleep before!

I have the same problem. It's from getting used to that kind of sleeping pattern. Make yourself wake up early every day around 9 am and go to bed around 10. you should have plenty of sleep then. If you can't get to sleep(which i have that problem and it's very annoying) maybe try a sleeping pill. there is a thing called nature made sleep and it's not a perscription but it may work. I have never tried it and idk if its expensive. but it is hard to change your sleeping patters like that. i have a hard time too.
