It is not as pronounced as it used to be. I no longer add sugar to my food unless it is maple syrup or honey for pancakes. With things like chocolate, I do prefer them being sweetened somehow.
i think lots of people out grow a sweet tooth in favor of more complex flavors
I agree. Before, I used over pollute my tea with sweeteners until, one day, I discovered that it a wonderful natural taste if left alone. My biggest exception has ti be coffee, though. Its disgusting black unless it is properly made espresso. Otherwise, it is so difficult to find the perfect ratio for amount of sweetness and amount of dairy. Another thing is sweetener compatibility. Some things don't work well with coffee and if you use the wrong thing, you run the risk of ruining that cup of coffee.
I don't eat sweet stuff that much, I mean, I'll probably have a sweet thing every now and then, but since my teeth are sensitive, I can't really eat a lot of sweet stuff.
A mouth full of them :) They're so sweet I'm surprised I've got teeth left at all :P I don't like sweet food when I'm really hungry, but it's the best for just grazing on!
