How am i normal/weird?

So recently my friends and I were at the mall when I saw a guy I like. For some reason I can never talk to him, does this mean he isn`t the one? Anyway for some reason I always act brave around my friends and weird, so I called him over. He came and reconized me so we talked for a bit. But when my friends left to go home, I totally clamed up! But he still talks to me, is this weird?
