    Probably the sodium content. It seems that foods with a lot of sodium, sugar, and/or fat seem to be the most addictive.

    For me, it's Texas Roadhouse rolls and cinnamon butter. 😋 Those things are SO addictive!

    If you eat too much of it you'll be addicted to the toilet the next day. Its a lot of fiber.
