Hostile work envirment

Okay, so I've been working at this job for almost two years. I work with all men and I am the only female at the job. We got a new guy Josh at the job and we were placed together at work. We worked together (Me and Josh) every day for about a month and we began have a friendship we get a long pretty well. Co-workers at the job began to say that me and him liked each other as more than just friends (not true) and on one night one of my co-workers came to me and asked me "Do you like Josh?" I told him no he then asked "Do you want to fuck Josh?" I told him no.. don't you think that's inappropriate to be asking me and then after all of my co-workers would laugh and joke everyday about me a Josh being romantically involved. And out of jealously my co-workers would complain about me and josh working together starting fights and things of that nature. I came to work one day and they split me and josh up saying we were no longer allowed to work together. I questioned why my boss told me that when we work together our numbers plummet. I had never heard this before and it was never brought to my attention that we did anything wrong. I was saddened by the situation and I stopped being social at work. During my anti social time I starting getting in trouble for everything I did. Even when I thought I was doing nothing wrong.
One day me and josh were placed back together to work and this other boss from another department would follow me and josh around everywhere we went... He even followed Josh into the bathroom! While working I was in one places josh was in another I saw the boss watching Josh squatting under machines looking under them to see what he was doing. The boss didn't see me watching him. I went to HR. and filed a sexual harassment report on my co-worker who asked me did I want to fuck josh and on a few other people and things they had said to me there after I was suspended it no pay while they "Investigated" and when I came back to work I was written up for a collaboration of things that were just thrown together. They said they had gotten statements from several of my co-workers and when I go back to work I was not to try an find out who gave statements. I didn't.. I returned to work a few days later my co-workers told me voluntarily they had been questioned about me but not about the accusation I made but about the relationship that me and Josh had basically asking the employee's were we romantically involved with each other. I'm very bothered by the situation everyday is a struggle at work for me in the situation, is it normal?

No,no,no. None of this is acceptable. It's not right. You and Josh need to find a lawyer and see if you can form a case against this company and it's workers. Going to HR didn't help anything, it only made matters worse which is why you need to find help from outside party that specialises in cases like these. If you want to file a case with Josh, I strongly suggest that you bring it up with him in a private setting that's not in or anywhere near the work environment.

    Good Luck.

What your employer did w/r/t your complaint is blatantly illegal. Right now your employer is generating a paper trail so they can fire you "for cause" and deny your unemployment. You need to take action NOW to protect your rights. Look up the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and file a complaint with the EEOC. DO NOT TELL ANYONE AT WORK YOU ARE DOING / PLAN TO DO THIS. The EEOC will investigate. If they find your boss has broken the employment law, the EEOC will negotiate with your employer on your behalf to get you "made whole" (force them to pay any back-pay you are owed, etc). If your employer refuses to negotiate, the EEOC will sue them in federal court on your behalf. None of this will cost you a penny.

You should look for a new job before you get dismissed unfairly.

I am the only female on my workplace and I understand how it can be difficult to go to work everyday being in a situation like this. Give it some more time, things can't get worse
