Hello everyone. I have a thinggg..that I am so worried about and I dont know why. Okay, so I am eighteen years old and I don't have a boyfriend. I had my first kiss with my first and last boyfriend when I was fifteen in Europe. From then on...I have not had no LOVE LIFE. I really want a boyfriend, but the guys at my school are real jerks, and there is no one that I like. The guys that like me..I dont feel attracted to, and the ones that I like the (pretty boys) come off as jerks. Help meee..I need support, I feel so weird not having a boyfriend. You guys can see my profile, I don't think I am ugly..LOL. :) Pleaseee help..is anyone facing a similar situation.

    I understand how you feel...there's really no one I can talk to either (bf wise, that is)...but he'll come around eventually, keep your head up! (:

    Be sure that your expectations of young men around your age for dating are appropriate, and that you are not being too judgmental & dismissive. Its a bit hard to believe that ALL the boys your age are jerks. Then again, if YOU think they are, its not hard to understand why YOU are drawing blanks.

    The world doesn't revolve around whether or not you have a boyfriend. Seriously, just enjoy your life. And yeah, having a boyfriend is really, really, nice, but only when it's with someone you actually like/love.

    You're a girl. You are ready WAY earlier than the boys are for a relationship.

    THINK: It is wrong for those ppl in the middleeast and the Ozarks to marry girls off at 13, but if they have to, they can handle it. Can you imagine a 13 yr old BOY being married??

    They are still playing Spiderman. [my 15 and 18 yr old just bought the suits and are walking around town in them-- it's January, and for fun, they are wearing tights, for God's sake.

    Either look for a 22 yr old that doesn't have his head up his ass [not a player], or just wait and fantasize for awhile... Urges are strong at your age, have patience, get a hobby [martial arts classes? Boys are in there...]

    Hey, don't feel pressed. You are very young. See the sights, wait to know more people and open your horizons. And be very careful, because romantic women are natural prey for abusers and cheaters. Don't ever go by appearances, always take time to test people.
