I find lots of people in/from Hong Kong have psychopathic traits, especially women.
Demanding, liar, money-centered, selfish, manipulative etc. Do you see the same?
I knew a woman who took batteries back to the shop when they'd discharged and complained that they were faulty and wanted them replacing with full-charged ones. When the shop owner refused, she took a load of burly guys round there and threatened him. I don't think it's because she was from Hong Kong, though. It's just that she's awful.
She had good qualities too! She taught me interesting stuff and she was great at her job. Although if you dropped any money on the floor she wouldn't give it back to you; she'd pick it up and keep it. And if there was any food or alcohol left at the end of a party she'd pile it all in her bag and take it home rather than leave it for the host (who'd bought it). That might just be a cultural difference, though.
I'll rephrase it then, she predominately sounds like a bad person. But she must have some kind of a good person if you're willing to defend her.

I know what you meant and I know why we'd be sensitive but it was such a ridiculous impression that it was actually funny. If I didn't know her, though, I'd look at it twice and wonder. But I really do know she was joking. It's not easy to pull something like that off but I think she did.

I'd say most Chinese. I work with them, and lunch with them, but I don't TRUST them.
I've met two girls from HK.
The 1st was shy and geeky, very socially awkward yet constantly on facebook.
The 2nd was a loud, sexually rampant party girl who was irritating but also fairly amiable at times.
Neither of them are psychopathic. So I can't agree with you, but I haven't exactly had a huge amount of experience, so I can't disagree either.
