Yes it’s normal... It’s just a hobby that some people enjoy more than others. There’s nothing weird about it. Some people read more than others, etc. I have 25-30 year old friends all with stable decent jobs that go out almost every weekend. It’s not that’s weird.

Oh no, someone who has no children, has disposable income, is almost 40 years old & wants to do something other than watch what the Kardashian family have been up to or gawp at some shitty Simon Cowell 'talent' show.

God forbid someone who choses not to have a family & has an alternative lifestyle. Drinking, dancing & trying to get laid isn't just the preserve of 20 year olds.

I know groups of men who are either widowers or never got married who are in their 60s/70s & go out drinking 2 or 3 days a week.

Yeh. To worry about your boyfriend is one thing, but why do you give two shits what his friends do? Whether they're 30, or 40, or 70, whether they're wearing their wedding rings or not, whether they have 2 drinks, 3 drinks, ten drinks and get shitfaced up the ass, who cares? I've known alot of 40, 50, and 60 somethings that go out and drink and mingle with women, I really don't see what is wrong with that.

I'm not into stupid tv shows like The Kardashians, Big brother, The real housewives of New Jersey, Atlanta, etc. Although I do like shows such as Ripley's believe it or not, and Mythbusters. Dancing with the stars, I was kinda into when I was watching it with my girlfriend, but when on my own, I usually pick something else.

    Jealous?

The wedding ring thing isnt a problem as long as he doesnt try anything

Maybe you'd be fine with it if he took you with him one time? :)

why do you feel the need to mention that then?

who cares if his friend takes off his ring. same thing goes.

as long as his friend doesnt try anything.

ohhh ok. well sounds fine then :) maybe if you went out with some friends of yours, you wouldnt care if your bf is partying?

Boyfriend and I are both 27 and indeed, still party. In fact we're having friends over this weekend for a big old drinking/games fest.

Just because you're getting older doesn't mean you need to stop doing things you enjoyed while you were young, in fact I feel that is the worst way to handle adulthood and a surefire recipe for a dull and miserable life.

I'm not gonna change a thing I don't damn well need to for as long as I'm kicking, provided I still have the health to do so.

I think that the partying is normal, sure! The thing that concerns me is the fact that he is a cheater and you seem fine with it. He is married, and yet you are dating him? That is just messed up... Hope he gets things figured out before it ruins his life!

I suspect other women being involved. In fact I'm pretty sure of it. A guy needs to get away sometimes for some fun and games. And frankly you sound like a sort of a pain in the ass. You better hope he goes out with having plenty of condoms in his wallet. Or you could wake up with a strange itching one day.

So all of his friends should be 27 not drink and stay home with you, Being all the same you could screw any of them and not know the diff, Sounds great,

The things people find important. Who raised you to think like this. Some people are out having a good time, and you're worried if its "normal"? Who are you? Lol
