Homeless don't feel pain, is it normal?

So I accidentally ran over a homeless lady's legs with my bike and she didn't even flinch. Her legs were in the bike lane and she was laying between two parked cars. Are the homeless immune to pain because of all the drugs in their system?

          I'm genetically superior and have a healthy lifestyle. Longevity runs in my family. So no, I don't plan on getting cancer.

            It's not cancer, I'm a nurse and have seen lots of people who are fit and healthy become debilitated by disease. Disease isn't always about life style choices sometimes it just happens.

      The woman was probably anti-hero in disguise. He couldn't feel his leg get run over, because he believes he doesn't have one 'cause he's an amputee.

      Hmm... you're right. I've never heard of a homeless drug addict before. They all live in penthouses.

      Some bypass money and barter their bodies, they get drugs. And many cant keep a home.
