I don't know why, but I love to hold in my piss. If I ever have to urge to use the bathroom, I will hold it in to the very last second. And that's not all. When I really have to go, I will push on my stomach/bladder for pleasure.
Does anyone else do this?

And why is it pleasurable ?
It is not supposed to be pleasurable. It is harmful for your bladder to hold it. You should have a release whenever you have an urge. I suggest you to stop holding it in future even if you feel pleasure with it.
I wear diapers full time and used try that while i could get away with it..even with a thick diaper on, I could hold it only so long..then flood..it actually hurts to hold too long..My L4 Abena brand diaper will hold several pees all night long.. Try it. Put on plastic pants in case you hold more pee than I do.. let me know how it goes..
Different strokes for different folks, so if you enjoy holding it in and it is not affecting anyone else (which it isn't) then do as you please.
