I don't know why, but I love to hold in my piss. If I ever have to urge to use the bathroom, I will hold it in to the very last second. And that's not all. When I really have to go, I will push on my stomach/bladder for pleasure.
Does anyone else do this?
If so, why?

This form of sexual pleasure is called omorashi. There would not be a name for it if it were completely unusual. On the contrary, I have seen it mentioned frequently in the internet, but people keep it a secret in real life. It is a taboo topic. My impression is that one of the major aims of children's education in our society is to make everything around this act non-existent as much as possible.
People who are not "affected" by your mild deviation from normality then give wise hints about the dangers you might encounter. This is almost on the level of those priests who warn you to not masturbate... It is not within our own choice what gets us going. People who are not into wet sex then talk like the blind about colours.
As a matter of fact, many people hold their pee, unconsciously finding the sensation pleasurable, but not to the very last second. This is what you do and of course on purpose and very consciously. Letting your need deliberately become intense that far is simply a particular turn on for some which does not do anything for others.
There are people who go even beyond that stage, with the aim of losing control and wetting themselves. From what I read, this is mainly (but not exclusively) a female thing: enjoying like a climax the second when they just can't any longer and feel their pee soak into their panties.
But I have also had contact with women who are aroused by the challenge of holding it in to the last second - if possible still a trifle longer - but keeping their clothes dry. A girl wrote to me that she would wait until she let out little squirts, then finally making a bee-line to the toilet. She enjoyed the dampness in her underwear without letting her jeans show any wetness.
Another arousing challenge is to be dying for a pee in public but hiding the need, getting out of view just in time before it becomes obvious.
Therefore this most natural of all bodily needs can be a source of sexual pleasure in various ways. Don't feel bad about it.
It applies pressure to your prostate, which can feel pleasurable for some. There is even a word/fetish that describes sexual pleasure from holding in pee (or being forced to), but I cannot recall its name right now.
ya this isn't good for you in the long term. your sphincter muscle has a life span so if you over exert it too early in life it will totally fail on you later on in life and you'll be wetting yourself while you are waiting for the bus. You won't know its happened until you feel warm and wet below and people are pointing and laughing at you. Try dump this habit
