Hip pop

I work in an office, so I sit most of the day at my desk. I'm only 28, but I've noticed after sitting for a while (could be 30 mins to a couple hours), my hip bones pop/crack when I stand up and start to walk. It doesn't hurt... it's just weird. Is this normal?

Yeah. Look into doing routine stretches for your hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes because long periods of sitting or standing can create tightness in your joints and you might experience pain/soreness/immobility in your joints later on in life. For now, do exercises that stretch your hip flexors - go see a personal trainer or physical therapist at least once so they can give you a list of exercises to help prevent and to also treat what you are going through right now.

when i come back from school and i sit cross legged, most the bones in my leg pop i think it's because of lack of mobilization like stretch your joints a bit more and it'll stop
