I've done a study in my highschool about relationships.I did this study because, I was bored.
Now, I've found that 97% of relationships did not last over 3 weeks. I've also found that they ended in a not-so-good way. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Anyway, when the female was doing the dumping, it usually ended in violence and someone tweeting (or some other social network thingy type) the details of how someone is a whore/bastard.
When the male was doing the dumping, it usually ended in tears and someone's automobile being keyed.
Overall, highschool sucks ass, and everyone who is a typical-teenager-asshole deserves to get the shit beat out of them.

Pretty boring story/post huh?

      Agreed. Well, as for myself, I can that I've had one high school relationship. It lasted two years, and my ex and I ended up breaking up because he was in college and it became hard for us. We wouldn't have been as happy together as we would be seeing other people. I just called him and told him that I felt that we shouldn't be together anymore--he said he'd thought about it too for a while and we agreed on that, then we talked for a little while longer about other unrelated things for a while like nothing happened.

      Most relationships don't have to end badly if both of the people are willing and mature about it. That's why high school relationships don't usually last, because teenagers are usually far from mature. They can't handle the weight of a real commitment. It's just too early in my opinion. But that doesn't mean there's nothing wrong with dating in high school.

    yeah, high school was fucking gay! I'm glad I robbed mine and then stole graduation balloons from a rich kids car in the parking lot. God I'm so cool! You don't even know!

    then youre going to the wrong high school kiddo. i know people who have gone out for months-including me, and even over a year. those are mature people who actually do love each other not the shallow desperate teens who say i love you after 5 minutes.
