Here is the solution to the syria/refugee crisis. what do you think?

Here it goes. (Very idealistic, I know, but why not aim high?)

First, export all civilians from the dangerous regions and place them in a non-overcrowded territory (big fenced place in the Central Asia).

Capture all ISIS-members. Don't harm them, if possible. Measure their radicalization on a scale from 1 to 10. If the radicalization is above 'two', let them go back and establish their caliphate.
Those who are being held there against their will or whose radicalization does not transcend 'two' will join the civilians in Central Asia.

Let all sympathizers of ISIS and their narrative from Europe, Australia, North America and elsewhere go and join the caliphate.

Back to Central Asia. Feed these people facts, facts, facts. Educate them on EVERYTHING. Give them information on reality. Drill common sense into them, if needed.
After a period of that, carefully filter the people from this Central Asian place. Let the sane ones immigrate into whatever country they want. Let the rest go back to the caliphate.

Now there is this caliphate. Do not attack them first, at all. As soon as they will try to invade some other country (kh-khm Israel) - as they inevitably will, since in their minds that is what their prophet expects them to do- annihilate all of them with numerous air-strikes.

Many of the 'Western' refugees will now want to return to their home countries and start building a civilized society. Help them as much as possible. Those who want to stay - it is absolutely fine, too, since they have been filtered and known to be not radicalized.
