I feel like I want to give up on my entire life and spend my time helping others... It might be a good thing but is it normal

    I actually had the opportunity to do something similar for a while, but it turns out that I enjoyed life much more then than ever.

    I want to move to Africa and council children there, "giving up your life" to things like this is a great thing.

    I want to join the Peace Corps but I can't go any place that has starving animals. So when I retire I think I will volunteer to help underprivileged children with language and speech. I'm an ST.
